OUR GUARANTEE

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will replace defective items within 3 months of the purchase, unless specified otherwise. Please note that the colour of the leathers may vary from bag to bag. We celebrate the imperfections in the leather we use and thus the colour of the bag you receive may not be exactly as pictured.  

SHIPPING TIME

Please allow 1-5 business days in Canada, 7-10 days in the US, and up to 21 days for international delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the arrival of orders due to unforeseen circumstances such as volume of orders, postal mishandling and technical malfunctions.  We are making every effort to ensure our clients’ orders are completed fully and without delay, however, setbacks occur. All international orders that are shipped could be subject to import duty and tax as we ship on a D.D.U basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid). We do not know what these charges could be and if contacted via our shipper, you will need to pay these charges in order to receive your order. Please contact your local customs office for further details of charges.  

RETURN POLICY

Unused products from our online shop may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date marked on the packing slip enclosed with your order. One Fated Knight has the right to deny the issuance of a refund to an order that is believed to be previously used. One Fated Knight merchandise must be returned with all of its original tags and packaging. Concerning warranty claims: we will exchange items that have been purchased at onefatedknight.com within the last 3 months. If the item is no longer available, we will send you a substitute of similar value at our discretion. If you’ve purchased the item in the last 30 days and at full price, you have the option of asking for a refund or exchange. To request return authorization for a purchase made directly on our Online Store, please email info@onefatedknight.com for return instructions. One Fated Knight is not responsible for return shipping costs or reimbursement of lost packages without proof of delivery.  

RETURN/EXCHANGE OF RETAIL STORE PURCHASES

Requests for refund or exchange of merchandise purchased at a store must be made directly through the retailer where the item was purchased.  

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Final sale items may not be returned or exchanged. Please note that all discounted items are final sale. No refunds or exchanges will be made on these.  

ONLINE PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY

We are happy to refund you a price adjustment if your item was purchased at full price within 7 days of the markdown. Price adjustments do not apply to sale items that are marked down further. Purchases made in store do not qualify for price adjustments.  

ORDER CANCELLATION

You may only cancel your order via email up until the time that your order has been shipped. If the order has been processed and shipped, you cannot cancel. You are responsible for all shipping costs.
